Where can I see my translated Company & Product information?
Your Company and Product information will be translated into Chinese and displayed in your Online Export-to-China Showroom. Simply click See your Export-to-China Showroom and you will be taken to your Online Export-to-China Showroom on Alibaba.com.cn. Both English and Chinese versions will be displayed.
Where can I see my Export-to-China Service status?
Sign in to My Alibaba and click Export-to-China Status in the Premium Service Menu. Your service status info will then be displayed.
How can I confirm when my Export-to-China Service has begun?
When your Export-to-China Service begins, we'll inform you of your service start/end dates and the contents of your service package by email. You can also check your Export-to-China Service status when you Sign in to My Alibaba.
How do I start using my Export-to-China Services?
After successfully applying for Export-to-China Services, we'll inform you of your service start/end dates and the contents of your service package by email. You can then submit your Company Information and it will be reviewed and translated. To display new Products, tick "Display this Product in my Export-to-China Showroom"at the bottom of the page. Your Product information will then be reviewed and translated. After approval and translation, your Product information will be displayed in your Online Export-to-China Showroom.
How do I renew my Export-to-China Service?
It's easy! Simply click on Apply for Export-to-China in the Export-to-China channel.
How do I receive Inquiries from Chinese buyers?
Inquiries from Chinese buyers are sent direct to your registered email. Please check your email regularly.
How are Export-to-China Translation Services charged?
Your service package contains translation services for an agreed number of English words. This translation service allows you to have your Company and Product info translated into Chinese by professional translators. Currently, however, we don't offer translation services for feedback info.
Why have my Company Name and Address not been translated into Chinese?
Translating your Company Name and Address into Chinese is not useful for Chinese buyers. Therefore, this information is always displayed in English.
If I need to revise or update my current Export-to-China info, will I be charged?
Any changes made to your Product/Service, Detailed Company Introduction, Product Name, Product Keywords, Brief Description, Detailed Description, Delivery Time and Packaging Details will result in the re-translation of the entire Product Listing. This will be deducted from your translation word limit.
Will I be charged if I want to add or change Photos in my current Product Listings?
No. You can Add or Change Photos without extra cost. Your translation word limit is only affected when you make changes to your Product/Service, Detailed Company Introduction, Product Name, Product Keywords, Brief Description, Detailed Description, Delivery Time and Packaging Details.
What if I'm not satisfied with the translation results?
All of our translation is done by professionals in strict accordance with your product info. However, if you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us at service@alibaba-inc.com and send us the sections you want to change. We will send our feedback to you within 7 working days.
Why is category I use on the International website (Alibaba.com) not the same as the category for the same Product listed on the China website (Alibaba.com.cn)?
In order to give your products more exposure, our experts have taken the sourcing habits of Chinese buyers into consideration and re-classified your products. However, if you're not satisfied with the classification results, please contact us at service@alibaba-inc.com.
What can I do if I don't understand inquiries sent in Chinese?
Currently, Alibaba.com does not offer an Inquiry Translation Service. However, we are able to recommend the Translation Companies listed in the following link:

If the translation word limit for the current year is not used up, can it be carried over to the next year when I renew?
Currently, you cannot carry your unused word limit over when you renew your Export-to-China Service.
How long does it take to publish my Product and Company info?
Alibaba.com usually reviews, translates and publishes your info in your Online Export-to-China Showroom within 72 hours.
When I tried to display my products, why was the option to "Display this product in my Export-to-China Showroom" missing?
When the number of products you've displayed exceeds the translation word limit, or when the words you want to translate exceed those allowed limit, you cannot display them as "Export-to-China" products. Therefore, you will not see the option Display this product in my Export-to-China Showroom.
How do I delete products from my Online Export-to-China Showroom?
You can delete products from your Online Export-to-China Showroom. However, if you choose to delete a product from your Online Export-to-China Showroom, it will also be deleted from your Online Showroom on Alibaba.com. If you want a product to be displayed on Alibaba.com but not in your Online Export-to-China Showroom, you must delete the product and then repost it. If you choose to repost the product, do not select the Display this product in my Export-to-China Showroom option when you display it.
