Seeking a supplier to supply 100,000 plus units of the following:
--Miniature red LED flasher unit the size of a US 25 cent piece.
--Flashing sequence must be every three seconds.
--Battery must last at least four days continuous running.
--Must be supplied in the OFF position. User will turn it on until it burns out.
--Emitting light should be visible for at least 15-20 feet.
--LED flasher unit must be supplied in a blister pack of 10-20 units per pack
--Blister pack graphics from stock--or will discuss graphics later
--Flashing unit must be mounted on a round [or not] plastic holder with a single pin-- like one used on cork notice boards.
