We are Estonian trading company and we looking to our good partner & long-term customer following metal scrap from Europe:

-used rails
Can you let us know your current FOB price for this material and available quantities per month? Do you offer this metal scrap at FOB term or also at CIF term ( material will go to Europe )
If price & terms are ok, then we may be interested about trial quantity about 4000 - 5000 ton, but after this monthly quantities can be as much as you can offer
We are intersted together with our customer to come and visit yard before contract signing - is this possible
