I think I need to be a bit more specific
As a small e-trader, I cannot buy in bulk, and would like the following:
A trading partner who can deliver to my customers, and ensures
that all custom and tax charges are included in price.
A trading partner to can supply on demand, whether on piece or
several pieces from each order.
