Custom Size Pill / Plastic Box Required

Hello.
We are a UK based sports nutrition supplier and we require 3 different sizes of custom made pill boxes / plastic containers.

The sizes are as follows:
1. Height = 50mm, Depth = 80mm, Length = 100mm
2. Height = 60mm, Depth = 100mm, Length = 140mm    
3. Height = 70mm, Depth = 130mm, Length = 170mm

We need 5000 to 10,000 of each size.

The containers must be rectangle in shape as shown in the picture included.

Also, we would want them to be simply one box each, not split into compartments or smaller boxes. We would also want them to be  white, not clear. We may would also want a logo printing on them.

PLEASE NOTE: We have no use for any other size at all. Please do not contact us if you can not make the above mentioned sizes and in the specification we require.

These containers are to hold powder and tablets and as such must be a suitable material and thickness. However, we do not know anything about the different materials or thicknesses so please decide for us which material and thickness would suit this product requirement. Base your quote on the material and thickness you think would suit this design. We do not have any drawings or plans either so you would have to create these. We also realise a mould will have to be made for each of the 3 sizes so please quote a price for the moulds too.
