We currently need a manufacturer to produce our exhisting product called Aqua-Aire Seat Cushion. The product consists of 4 components. 1. Clear plastic carrying case with clothe handle (to carry product with you). 2. Paded outer zippered cover made up of Polyester blend (top material) and a non slip material on the bottom (keep from slipping out of wheelchairs, seats, etc. 3. PVC plastic inflatable bladder insert with screw cap filler valve , heat welded chambers that allow water to move around in cushion. Must withstand 500lbs without bursting (this was a problem with our last manufacturer - they heat welded too long and caused the seams to become thin which caused them to latter have small pin holes) 4. high density foam that is inserted in cushion on top of plastic bladder. The seat will come in varied sizes, 16''x13'', 11"x9'' & 9''x9''
We are in urgent need of a manufacturer as we have potentially large distribution contracts hinging on the completion of a viable product - Must be approved by Travel America, Walgreens, Walmart to name a few
