Looking For Flavored Water Manufacturer

We are looking for manufacturer that can produce our private label flavored water according to following descriptions:

a.   Product - Flavored, non preserved drink, sugar content 5% and or low calorie product, pH < 3.6, commercially sterile after bottling;

b.  Content - Bottle: 500\1500ml Hot fill PET bottle, 38mm closure, stands 83c with no damage signs;

c.   Packaging - ability to pack 24 X 500 ml bottles in carton tray, shrink warped.  12\6 x 1500ml bottles in tray\wrap around carton.

d.  Label: full body PP\PVC\PET sleeving (steam usage).

e.   Filling line ability Hot fill (suitable for pasteurized products), mixing ingredients, heat to 88c, fill at 83c to pre rinsed bottles, capping, immediately cooled to ambient by mean of cooling tunnel. At least 4 filling lines as well as suitable corking machinery with an ability to disinfect the bottle and the cork and to soften bottle corks. The conveyor belt has to be at 45� and should include revolving tray 180:360 (in order to secure proper disinfection);

f.    Ability to remove automatically from the filling line of damaged bottles;

g.   Quality management digital camera ("electronic eye") for vacuum test inside the bottles as well as accumulation ability of the inventory subject for re-check after 5 days and after 7 days (and only afterwards will begin the distribution process);

h.   Water Quality: drinking water to meet EU standard for drinking water, low Chlorine content (< 0.1 ppm). Filtered 0.45micron.

i.     Shelf life: 9 month at ambient conditions.

j.    Supplied materials firmed and proven connections with approved suppliers of raw materials (abstracts, vitamins concoction, plant extraction);

k.  Graphics ability application on the label according to the graphic given by us + ability to print in deferent languages;

l.     Kosher and Halal supervision. Plant must have local authorities licensing and approval for food production. The bottler shall provide all necessary documentation to enable import of the product to the destination markets.
