We Need New Innovated Building Materials

AS a matter of fact , These days Iran is groving fast and even last night in TV we did watch a programm which the authorities asking the people to use the new technology to build up their houses.

So now in Iran , we need the new innovated building materials , so we will be pleased to cooperate with supplier / manufacturer of new technology on building materials , as well interior or exterior or roofing covering , etc....

Anyhow , We would be pleased to announce that we are ready to be yr sole distributor in Iran Exclusively , we may
sale yr products by our main co. in Zanjan city which is near to Tehran and may cover west of Iran and even Tehran , and our office is located in Mashhad city (biggest city in Iran after capital with more than 3.5 million population , will cover east and of Iran).

We have good potential to promote yr sale in Iran , but you have to charge for that ,so we have the following proposals :

1- After signing a contract , we will delegate a team consist of 3-5 workers to yr country , and you have train the team for installation and they must be expert properly.
(you will be in charge of their round-ticket and accommodation, we will pay them their salary). (if necessary to delegate for instruction ? otherwise no need to consider this article ).

2-  you will send yr products here in few  containers to start our sale .

3-  we will rent a showroom in Zanjan and may be in Mashhad  (we have big warehouse in Zanjan city). we will pay 50% of rental charge , and you will pay 50%.

4- you may delegate a resident manager to Iran to supervise
and check our sale activities (his salary paid by you , his accomodation paid by us).

5- you have to pay for advertising in TV. too , which is very important , also you have send some advertisement materials such as pen , note pad , key chain and souveniers
to propaganding  widely.

6- we will consider later if we both may set up a factory in Iran  for any new building materials in join-venture basis .

Other terms and conditions will be issue in our contract if you accept the above 6 articles .
