The fitness device is made of stainless steel. The main base is stainless steel with a non-slip mat covering. It has a pivotable hinge where the main stainless steel cylinder screws into and a strap across the top to hold the feet in place. The cylinder is complete with o-rings and springs inside working like a plunger in a longitudinal direction. This forms a pneumatic ram. There is an air release valve which controls the flow rate of air, making more or less resistance. There are several screw type fittings that are used on the device which all screw on and off. The add-on attachments are 1 handle and 2 curved surface attachments. All add-on attachments are complete with non-slip foam and straps.
