USB Flash Disks

Dear Sirs,

we are writing this email to all our actual and future suppliers. If you want to be a supplier of one of the faster growing companies in the field, please read carefully below.

We are a promotional company based in Italy, which market covers all over Europe.
We are specialized in importing products, all kind of products, upon request, so we dont have a big warehouse in Italy.
We usually order products directly to the factory after we receive request from our clients.

About this specific email, we had a huge amount of orders concerning USB flash disks during last year. Our actual suppliers are for sure really happy with the amount earned from our orders.

We now decided to create a specific branch of our company which will start working in 2008 to focus on this business.

For this reason we are re-checking all our agreements with suppliers and searching for new ones.

The requests we have are:

- Pricelist updated weekly, very clear and with all the details(printing, packing, etc)
- Good prices. Good quality. Of course we have long-time experience in the field, so we know the prices and we know how to check quality. Dont even bother to reply to me if your standard 1gb model is currently above 10usd, for example
- Free dummy samples upon request(we pay the courier)
- Flexibility. This means that if we receive particular requests from our client, you must help us. This can be a particular packaging for example.
- Low MOQ: actually our moq is 25pcs. We also accept MOQ of 100pcs but this will prevent you from receiving many orders.
- Work with our staff daily. Be available on MSN/Skype, reply quickly to emails and requests. We often need price-checks and details, that we need to receive on a daily basis.
- Short lead times: since we dont have warehouse as mentioned before, we need items to be delivered to us quickly.
- Work with our Fedex account on low-medium quantities.

If you are sure you can satisfy the above points, I will be delighted to receive your company profile and your pricelist every week from now on by email.
If we like your products and prices, we shall request free non-working samples.
We need the samples for 2 reasons: we are preparing a web-site with all the products we sell so we need to take pictures of the models. And we also often need to give samples to our clients.
