The fitness device is made of stainless steel. Themain base is stainless steel with a non-slip mat covering. It has apivotable hinge where the main stainless steel cylinder screws into and a strapacross the top to hold the feet in place. The cylinder is complete witho-rings and springs inside working like a plunger in a longitudinaldirection. This forms a pneumatic ram. There is an air releasevalve which controls the flow rate of air, making more or lessresistance. There are several screw type fittings that are used on thedevice which all screw on and off. The add-on attachments are 1 handleand 2 curved surface attachments. All add-on attachments are completewith non-slip foam and straps.
