We are seeking a manufacturer of PVC panels for custom production of sectional garage door panels. Panel widths are from 457 - 610 mm. Panel thickness is 40 mm. Panel lengths would be up to 12.200 mm.
We require a PVC panel that can have male and female joints to provide an interlocking joint.
Panels are required in three styles: flat, V-shape ribbed and U-shape ribbed.
Panels must be strong and have minimum flex.
The basic design would be from PVC panels used for interior doors.
