We would be interested to set up a Joint Ventrue in India for manfacture of Disc Brakes and CV Joints, Drive Shafts and Electrical Parts for Automotives. We are to import almost all parts in the first year and during the second year source parts from India but continue imports from China for a period of 3 to 4 years.
After this incubation period, we would be pleased to invite chinese companies who are supplying components to us, as also the special machines to be with us in Managment of Indian company and share profits.
We are well recognised and well reputed in India and the Chairman of our Company has beenthe Chairman of CONFEDERATION OF INDIAN INDUSTRY ( CII ) and well respected. He has been in number of committes appointed by Government for formulating policies and have also been in Boards of variious Banks. He is a Machine Tool specialist and builds machines for other companies.
We have our own Plant at Madras India and would be keen to hear from Chinese companies on our proposal. We could visit you at the earliest to formulate the collaborative efforts.
