We need all of the following to put in a new kitchen-oriented kit:
1. Micro-plane grater: suitable for grinding nutmeg
2. electric coffee grinder: suitable for grinding peppercorns
3. flexible plastic cutting mat
4. measuring spoons: having at least 1 tsp and 1 TBLS spoons
Our kits will be sold on TV and in retail, so the smaller these items are the better to conserve on shipping costs. We'll need samples on all of these.
Quantities will be 1,000; 2,000; and 5,000.
