Indonesian Steam Coal

_{Dear Sirs,}

_{We are looking for a monthly demand of 2250 MTs of Indonesian Steam coal.  The specification of the product is :}

_{1).  5500 - 5800 k/cal}

_{2) 5800 Kcal - 6300 K/cal} 

 _{with less than 1% sulphur content.}

_{Please provide the following:}

_{cif Chennai Port, India price quote per MT  (Please consider the long term association and probably you may have to hold the cif quote for a minimum of 12 months)}

_{Payment Terms:}

_{Packing details:  We preferably would like to have it as a break bulk cargo.  The product is packed in a polyethylene sack (50 Kg).  Loose bulk would not be a preferable mode.}

_{Production specifications should be provided along with the information}

_{Test certificate of the product with all properties with values are given by a Government owned Laboratory from Indonesia}

_{Time frame for supply:   preferably every 15 days you may have to supply the quantity so as to meet the monthly demand on time.   Shipment time and other formalities would require 15 days.} 

_{Please arrange to send this information by 17th December 2007 morning as we have to share this information directly with our client.}
