We are interested in your product of Yellow Sulphur_in a quantity of 50,000MT - 100,000/month x 12 month for one year contract spec as follows:

Form:    1) Pellet.
             2) Prills
             3) Granular

Purity on Dry basis:   99.5% Min.
Ash content:              0.05% Max.
Carbon:                     0.05% Max.
Acidity as H2SO4:     0.02% Max.
Moisture:                  3.00% Max.
Commercially Free from ARSENIC, Telluruium and Selenium
Moisture over 0.5% will be proportionatelly deducted from the Invoice Weight.

First shipment:  50,000MT
Destination port: Tianjin and/or Qingdao Port China.
First shipment:   Within 30 days after receipt of L/C.
Inspection:         Quality, Quantity, Weight by SGS at seller's cost at port
                       of Loading.
   
Target Price:      USD205/MT CIF China port.  subject to final negotiation.

Payment :          By Irrevocable, monthly 100% at sight.
P/Bond:            2% PB.
