This model dates back to ancient Roman architecture; its combo-shape was inspired from similar tiles found in ancient Roman ruins, along the Tuscan Sea (Mare Tirreno) and the Adriatic Sea. Because it takes fewer pieces per square meter; labor, material and transportation costs are lower, compared to smaller and heavier, traditional sized; Barrel, Curved clay roof tiles. Any roof enhanced with this graceful tile, would never give the plastic, monochromatic, synthetic look of must other clay roof tiles, but instead, a subtle blend of soft pastel shades and uneven hues, with a touch of art. Our antique flash effect is done naturally, inside our kilns chambers. It's not the result of engobe or artificial aerosol sprayed-on. Our flashing is fire flame induced, for an everlasting look.

Due to a naturally occurring geological event in our clay pit, our row material, an iron reach, limonitic, high grade, surface clay, with an unusually small micro-granulation within its body matrix, gives our roofing tiles an outstandingly smooth and clean surface, combined with an strong clay body structure, able to withstand human traffic on the roof, with high breaking strength and resistance.

-Machine-scored scratches (Groove lines) are strategically located at inter-tile points of contact and under the flat tile portion, to assure proper concrete or bonding foam adherence to the tiles, as well as to the roofs structure. Making a solid, overall roof body matrix, stronger than the average tile roof.

-Due to its efficient combination of a long Curved Tile over a wide flat bottom tile, it takes fewer tiles per m². Material and labor costs are reduced compared to conventional sized curved, 2 piece Barrel tiles. All shipments are loaded inside 20 containers, loaded to maximum cap. ±27 tons, net load.

Unless otherwise specified by customer (will reflect a small price increase)

-Each pallet size: 94cm x 110 cm. with NIMF-15, intly certified pallet treatment complying wood.

-Pallets per 20 container: 12 - Weight per pallet: ±2,250 kg.

Each palled is loaded with single fiber strapped roof tile bundles, each bundles with 6 tiles, tile bundles are stacked vertically on the pallet, cushioned boards are placed between each tile layer, fiber straps reinforce the entire pallet body, plastic film is use to wrap the entire pallet. Although our pallets are design to prevent tile breakage during transportation. Each container load comes with an additional 1% extra tile, at no extra charge.

-TECHNICAL SUPPORT AVAILABLE TO OUR CLIENTS:

-Technical support is available for accurate project estimating from blue print plans.

-On-Site, technical support available to train local installers on how to properly install our roof tiles. A factory trained technician will be sent to job site. Client must have local installers available for 2 days training. This free service is available anywhere in the world. Only for orders of 30-20 container loads, or larger.

-Client is to furnish room and board, for 3 days for our technician.

-LOGISTIC SUPPORT

Our export department is always available and willing to assist our clients, in allocating the must efficient and economical transportation means, be it Maritime and or Inland service. In order to promptly and efficiently get the entire order's containers delivered on time, to the final port or job site.  On all CIF receiving port price qts. all add-on charges, thereafter are the customers responsibility.
