Want To Purchase Custom Rugby Shirts

I am a small importer to the US and am looking to import custom made rugby shirts  per my attached picture.

The requirements are as follows
- Twill Collar
- Three-button concealed placket, ribbed cuffs.
- Rubber buttons
- Seams finished with double needle top stitching
- 400 gram weight fabric
- Use of heavy duty thread
- Preshrunk Cotton.
- Elbow Patches

- Provide preprinted labels and tags

- Ability to complete high quality embroidery and screen printing
