The adhesive time is 614sec,after that a protection film will be formed, which will fall off of itself 57 days later.

clinical application

1Application to the wound and surgical incision

An assistant closely shut the wound, suck the medical adhesive with a sucker and uniformly apply it along the anastomosed line of the wound, which may be conglutinated in 6-14 seconds, and then bandaging is done with the conventional dressing.

2Application to the ruptured liver and spleen

The ruptured blood vessel in the liver and spleen is firstly ligated so as to effectively achieve the object of haemostasia, then the hematocele and exudates in the wound are cleared off. A few of medical adhesive is applied on the surface of wound followed with squeezing, , the flow of blood may recovered by releasing about 6-14 seconds later.

3Application to the thorn and graph of the live, spleen and kidney

 After a thorn and graph, the medical adhesive of proper amount is injected the tail hold of the thorn needle and the thorn needle is extracted at the same time, local area being pressed, thus the hemorrhage of the liver, spleen, and kidnap resulted from the thorn may be effectively restrained.

4Application to the operation in the department of obstetrics and gynecology

The conglutination of the surgical incision such as hysterectomia, cesaream birth, perineum side-cut, lacerated wound of virginal membrane.

5Other clinic applications

The conglutination of incision in operations such as spermary hydrocele of tunica vaginalis, proctoptosia, hemorrhoids, pediatric hernia, beautification and skin grafting for burn; the repair of campylognahia, the hemostasia of opening of wound of dental extraction and the hemostasia of surface of wound after the amygdalectomy; the conglutination of the wound after a debridement as well as the conglutination and blockage in the fallopian tube and the spermatic duct.

Usage and dosageAfter a conventional disinfection, the skin if combined and the water and the transudate are wiped off, and a plastic sucker or a dry injector is used to suck all of the medical adhesive in the bottle out and uniformly apply it along the anastomosed line of the wound. A drop is OK for a wound having a length of 10mm.

Notes

1It is forbidden for the person too fleshy in the fat of belly wall or the wound infected or suppurated

2The medical adhesive should be applied on the anastomosed line of the wound, and should be applied between th subcutaneous tissue and the incision tissue in order to avoid affecting the effect of the concrescence.

3It should be applied with slight amount and in uniform, the amount used should not be too much. 1-2 drops may be OK for a wound having a length of 10cm

4The wound large in strain or length should be firstly sewed section by section in order to reduce the strain and then be conglutinated section by section thereby the sewed line may be extracted.
