PP Woven Feed Bags

My name is Quincy Farber.  I am the owner of Quincy Bag Company.  We have been in business since 1998.  What I am looking for is a PP bag Manufacturer that will make bags for me and stock them on my floor on consignment.  I have a large customer base and can sell quite alot of PP bags, but I need them to be in stock.  I am currently buying bags from another supplier, but I need to be able to have my own bags in stock available for immediate shipment in and out of state.  I am very familiar with the price of raw material and recycled material.  I have been a member of alibaba for years and have talked to almost all of the manufacturers of PP bags and FIBC bags.  What I need now is to develope a long lasting relationship with one or two suppliers and sell their bags.  To start out with, I will need 1-2 containers (40' HQ) about every month, until my customers are aware that Quincy Bag is now importing and has bags ready for next day delivery, then my usage will increase.  What I need for my first container is the following:
