Metal Pen Assembly

Our company is looking for a metal type pen.. simular to an eye liner pen with a felt or foam tip........It will be filled with a thin liquid solution.. To look like a eye liner pen, that either can be filled once only with our solution,,,, or has a refillable cartridge that can be filled by our company as replacement.... Possibly also a pump type action an the end to push the liquid into the foam or felt or brush tip.  Very simular to liquid eye line pens on the market.  If you think you company has something that may be close , and can SUPPLY SAMPLES of such..... or need more information on what our company is looking for, then please contact me....If a suitable component is found our company could be looking at " thousands" for the release of a new product world wide this year..
