Allen Head Screws, Threaded Inserts, Allen Wrenches, Drill Bits

I am interested in purchasing the Following:

(1) Small Allen Head screws

(2) Threaded inserts

(3) Allen Wrenches

(4) Drill Bits (for wood)

If you cannot supply me with ALL of the above, please DO NOT RESPOND as I will ignore your response.( I need all of the items from one supplier)

Specifications for the above items are as follows:

( If the following dimensions are not standard, but the items that you carry are close to these dimensions, they may still be acceptable)

(1) For the Allen Head Screws : Hardened Steel; S.A.E. fine thread; Screw Head diameter = .280" ; Screw thread diameter = .170"; Screw thread length = 7/16"

(2) For the Threaded Inserts: Hardened Steel; S.A.E. fine thread; (the threaded inserts and the above mentioned Allen Head screws are to to match); Total length = 7/16" (including the flange); The outer Threads of the Threaded Insert are of the type to be used to screw into wood; There is to be a hexagonal hole in the threaded insert to be used with Allen Wrench tool described below.

(3) For the Allen Wrench: The Allen Wrench is to be made of hardened Tool Steel and is to fit BOTH the Allen Screw, AND the Threaded Insert mentioned above.

(4) For the Drill Bit: The Drill Bit is to be of hardened Steel, suitable for drilling into wood, and its diameter is to be determined for drilling a hole in wood in a manner which will be appropriate for installing the above mentioned Threaded Insert.

Please send me a sample of each of the (4) items mentioned above, to the address shown below. I will need these items to verify the quality, and to verify that the dimensions/specifications are correct.Once this has been established, we can move to discuss prices. I fully intend for this to be a long-term commitment with quantities reaching in the millions of units.
