We have spent 6 years researching retirement villages worldwide because we don't like what we have seen we have created a new concept that we want to find financing partners to roll out in Austraia and around the world. We will visit southern USA in April for discussions for the first village in Florida. We have a 150 acre site in Victoria on a lake for the first Australian village. Investors are invited. Very ethical and profitable. Local council is very supportive.
