We need HMS 1&2 80:20 ratio for our buyers in India.
Quantity required anywhere between 5000 MT and 30000 MT per month
Please see our terms below and only sellers that agree on these terms need contact us.
1) Buyer Issues LOI
2) Seller and Buyer will sign Contract
3) Buyer will provide BRL
4) Seller will send invitation for Yard visit (only for buyers above 2000 MT)
5) Buyer will visit yard
6) Buyer will post irrevocable, Non-operative, Non-transferrable LC
7) Seller to post a 2% PB within 5 working days of receipt of LC
8) Shipment starts within 30 days of receipt of LC
All this will be done within 15 days of signing of contract. except point 8
some of our buyers might open a Usance LC so Usance LC's should be acceptbale by your bank.
We have pretty simple and workable conditions. We are already doing business on these terms.
