Detailed Buying Lead Description
We are placing digital signs in public venues across the United States. The signs are controlled by a standard x86 PC. We would like to procure an integrated 26" LCD display with built-in standard PC, specs as below.
The LCD MUST be controllable by the computer -- typically done with an RS-232 control interface. This allows us to control the display remotely through the computer. A VGA/DVI connector alone is not good enough.
The computer must have these minimum specifications:
Intel 945 or better chipset
Intel 1.86ghz M 440 Celeron or better
512MB RAM
40+ GB HD
Ethernet port (10/100)
RS-232 port
Display requirements:
26" diagonal size
LCD
1366x768 pixel resolution
Built-in speaker cabinet capable of normal TV sound level
Power controllable by computer
Must have VESA-compatible mounting holes
We are quite price sensitive and so including features better than these will be unnecessary.
Please do NOT send product quotes unrelated to this product requirement -- I don't care about anything but this specific product. Also, please be honest about what the product has, as we will order one sample unit and if it doesn't have what we need will not continue with a 500+ unit order.
