We would like to purchase Seamless Steel (34CrMoly or 30CrMoly) make ISO: 11439, ISO: 9809 & NZ:5454 std. Type-1 CNG Cylinder for vehicle use w/out valve, cylinder cap & Neckring.

1). ISO: 11439 or NZ: 5454 std. (Both accepted for the below qnty.) Steel Make Type-1 CNG Cylinders list are following below:

a). 70L OD 325mm - .

b). 75L OD 325mm - .

c). 90L OD 325mm

d). 90L OD 356mm -

e). 110L / 113L OD 356mm

f). 130L OD 406mm

Above 6 sizes/capacities cylinders minimum order quantity will be 10,000 (+/-10%) Pcs. Total & each sizes quantity will be minimum 1,000 pcs. & more.

2). ISO: 11439 std. or NZ: 5454 or ISO: 9809 std. (all 3 std. are acceptable) Type-1 CNG Cylinders list are following below:

a). 55L OD 316mm or OD 325mm min. order qnty. 1,000 (+/-5%) pcs.

b). 60L OD 316mm or OD 325mm - min. order qnty. 1,000 (+/-5%) pcs.

03). ISO:11439 std. Type-2 Hoop Wrapped Glass Fiber with Steel Liner Composite CNG Cylinder for vehicle use:

a). 60L OD 325mm-340mm - 400 Pcs.

b). 90L OD 325mm-340mm - 2,000 pcs.

c). 90L OD 325mm-340mm - 210 Pcs.

*Price must inclusive 3rd Party International Reputed Inspection Company like, BV or TUV or SGS or ABS anyone issued Quality Test Certificate fee.

** Price quotation will be FOB Basis.

*** Part Delivery can acceptable, but proposal has to be mention clearly the start of delivery period after receive of Operative Irrevocable Letter of Credit & Payment at Sight.
