Wanting Novelty Video Glasses For New Store Must Include Samples

I am looking to purchase some really cool gadget and other small electronic items.  Dollar store stuff and quantity pricing.  I need prices that include all costs of importing these to my store front.  NO SURPRISES. Also interested companies must be willing to provide samples for free or at a very low cost.  All small orders will be shipped COD and larger orders will be put into escrow until the shipment is cleared.  In addition you must be able to present me with past tracking numbers of orders recently sent out.  This is another way of trying to prove you are real suppliers and not just scammers.  If you do not agree to these rules we can not do business.  Keep in mind you are the ones who need to earn trust.  I canvuy from one of 1000 suppliers out there so Ican move on without any remorse. As a buyer when I send money to a foreign country I am taking a big chance.  It may sound like I am being rude but I have been scammed to many times.  If I can't find any honest suppliers I will just keep buying my merchandise here in the states.  They may be a bit higher but at least I will get something for my money.
