A customer from Mexico needs lamps to distribute among gas stations in his country.
- Lamps need to be 400 x 400 mm. (side x side) and 200 mm. height. Measures can be a little modified.
- Screen material MUST be a high quality crystal, no color changes during lifetime.
- MUST include all stuff to be installed on metal, concrete or plastic ceilings.
- Light source can be suggested by manufacturer; current is a metal particle light bulb, 320watt, 32,000lumen. MUST provide the same or higher lighting levels.
- MUST be powered by a battery, charged by a solar panel installed 5-20 meters away, include enough wire to it.
- Batteries MUST keep working lamps at least 30 continuous hours, but capability to 40 hrs in emergency cases. Lamps lighting function is estimated between 14 hours in winter, to 10 hours in summer. Sunlight time is between 12 hours during summer, to 8 hours in winter.
- Turn off/turn on function must be automatic, but sensibility to sunlight needs to be regulated by final user.
- In case low battery, MUST automatically be powered by AC electricity. 117�10V. Include 18meters of wire.
- MUST consider all safety conditions, due to the dangerous working environment (Gas stations).
- Maintenance should be as low as possible.
- Batteries lifetime MUST be at least 2 years, and provider of lamps, MUST have capability to provide more on request.
- Installing, set-up, maintenance, and function directions MUST be provided in Spanish/English. (We can help to it).
