High Speed Doors

Dear Sirs,

We would like to purchase 7 units of the high speed doors for our food factory in Thailand.  The dimension of the doors entrance are

4400 (L) x 4000(H) mm ------- I unit

2600 (L) x 2600(H) mm ------- 5 units

6000 (L) x 3500(H) mm ------- 1 unit

We require the following specifications

(1)   High speed roller doors made of heavy duty 100% polyester fabric; color Dark Yellow(RAL 1003); no windows required

Weight 900g/sqm

Treatment Mildew, UV and salt resistant;

Finish Acrylic varnish

(2)   Frames Stainless steel (optional aluminum-zinc with polyester powder coated finish Grey RAL 7016) upright and header beams; track fixed with flexible guides on the uprights

(3)   Safety features Jamb mounted control panel

Auto curtain insertion system

Flashing warning lights when door operates

Photocell in line

Soft bottom curtain edge

(4)   Curtain speed Opening at 2.0m/s Closing at 0.8m/s

(5)   Gear brake motor please recommend according to our doors dimension (we use 380V, 50Hz in Thailand); sealing gear protection IP54.

(6)   Opening control pull switch cord (on both sides of the door)

Closing time adjustable from 5 to30 seconds

All control box to be IP54
