We are importers in jordan for Solar water heaters of glass tubes , we want a manufacturer offer in the following specifications, If you are a manufacturing co. and able to produce in below specifications (with a CE mark on your product) and in a reasonable price, then be our partner , we have been in the market in Jordan for 2 years and are one of the leaders in the market, we expect to buy 150-500 pcs monthly.

1- Thermo-syphone type:

�         1mm to 1.2 mm inner tank thickness SS-316 food grade (please dont offer if less thickness).

�          0.6 mm outer tanks of aluminum /zinc coated steel sheet.

�          Water tank volume: For each Glass tube = 10 liters ( i.e.: 18 glass tubes = 180 liters the actual inner cylinder volume

�          Frame: Aluminum Profile with stainless steel feet.

�          Reflector: Flat Surface aluminum diffuser.

�         Insulation: 5cm polyurethane foam concentrated.

�         Collector frame angel : 45

�          Additional Components: Magnesium Rod inside each cylinder screwed male (replaceable).

�         No. Of glass tubes : 18, 20, 24, 30, 36.

�         Length of vacuum tubes : 180 cm .

�          Outlets and inlets:

                1- 1-hot water outlet on the upper right side of 20mm male (welded inside).

                 2- 1-cold water inlet on the left bottom of the cylinder, welded inside mail 20mm.

                 3- 1- vent outlet welded inside male 20mm. on the top of the right side of the cylinder.

                 4- 1 circulation inlet 20 mm welded inside male on the lower left side of the cylinder.

                 5- 1 heating element inlet 1.25 inches welded inside female on the middle right side                    

                           of the cylinder.
