Photo Frames

Dear Sir/Madam.,

 

Our company provides a ecommerce systems to professional photographers and newspaper publications which enables them to sell photos and photo related goods online.  Up to now, our subscribers have been doing their own fulfilment  which in many cases involves orders for prints in frames.  In response to demand from our subscribers, we will be offering them a fulfilment service which will include framing their prints and posting to customers. 

At the outset, we will be offering just three frames, all 10" x 8", one pine, one black and one brown.  In order for us to do this, when we find a supplier for these frames a special box will be designed which is capable of transporting the framed photos w/glass through the postal service.  The box will have four polyethylene mounts  into which the frame fits tightly.  The  mounted frame must then fit snugly into the box.  In addition to the protection provided by this box, it will be possible to insert a photo and mount into the box and have ready for posting in less than 1.5 minutes.   in short, the box and polyethene mounts/supports will be designed for a specific frame size.

 

Consequently, we require a supplier who can supply 10" x 8" frames in pine, brown wood or cherry and pine which ideally are of the same range and therefore the exact same dimensions or whose dimensions vary by not more than 1mm in each direction.  These frames must be of good quality, attractive and very reasonably priced as it is not possible to sell expensive frames from a website.  In fact, frames which originated in China and whose prices reflect that would be ideal.  However, if the frames are imported, then we would require consistency of supply.

 

Due to storage restrictions at our fulfilment centre, we will be ordering the frames in batches of 100 for the time being.  The first batch to be split 40 black, 30 brown, 30 Pine and subsequent batches split according to requirements.

 

Please specify if frames are supplied with 7" x 5" mounts ( not necessary or option) and glass ( very necessary ).  We will be offering our customers three choices a 10" x 8" print with no mount, 7" x 5" print in a black mount in a 10" x 8" frame and a 7" x 5" print in a white or cream mount in a 10" x 8" frame. 

 

If you can supply frames as required, please quote me for same and give me the external measurement in mm of the frames ( accurate measurements in mm) + digital photos of the frames. + the exact weight of the frame.  Please also quote for delivery prices ( 100 frames ) to Moate, County Westmeath
