Our Company Urgently Needs Customized Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery Solution For Its New Brand Laptop (Mass Production)

We urgently need customized size Li-ion rechargeable battery solution including customized cell and rechargeable circuits and complete solution within our dimension for our designed new brand PC product.

Our company is based in Dubai media city and is requiring customized solution of its own PC based product.

We need a complete rechargeable Li-ion battery with 14.8 Volts and 4.9AH to 6.6AH ( any range between them). We are ready to pay for prototypes (at least 6 sets). Once succeeded the volume of business in second phase will be 30,000 pieces per month.

Our proposed dimension for battery is  

(1)     Split into two equal parts, having connectors to connect them through wires or ribbon to make one rechargeable battery.

(2)     The dimension of one part is (21 x 23 x 178) mm

(3)     The dimension of other part is (21 x 23 x 178) mm

(4)     Both parts have connectors on mirror on inner side.( one on right side other on left side)
(5)     Both will be then joined through wire at some distance of 1 feet.

(6)     Both will be joined to make ONE BATTERY.

(7)     This BATTERY will be charged using 110/220 AC volts.

(8) Maximum charge current is 2.0 Ampere.

(9) You have to fit the charging PCB inside the battery arms, anyhow.

(10)  Cutoff voltage should be Over-Charge Protection: 17.4V and Over Discharge Protection: 9.6V.

(11)     Combined effect of this rechargeable battery should be 14.8 V

(12)     Combined effect of this rechargeable battery should be 4.9 AH or more than this.
(13) This is our maximum size

(14) you please have to manufacture cell and rechargeable circuits within this dimension
