Our cubby houses come in a panel kit form, so they are easy to put together. Sliding perspex windows, tin / colorbond metal roofing, weatherproof flooring, termite (white ant) resistant timber (hardwood or treated timber), smooth finish timber (so no splinters or cuts on fingers), elevation kits for lifting up off the ground to add slides and other play equipment to.
Timber used must not warp, be weatherproof, not be treated with any unsafe products (i.e CCA {copper, chromium or arsenic}, be well finished.
Ideally we would like to buy container loads at a time and would closely to ensure that the products are made correctly for Australian standards and for use for small children.
