Mailing Machine (Lazer Printer And Photocopier Suppliers Wanted)

Dear Sir/Madam,

As per our clients request, we are looking for supplier who is capable of developing a mailing machine for us.

The function of the machines is automatic sealing and mailing of a single sheet laser printed document. Unlike existing products our machine is  connected with a laser printer and designed to be used in the office environment or mailroom. The technology  (which is patented) allows for a single sheet to feed directly from a laser printer, without any manual intervention, into our product where it is sealed into a tamper evident secure envelope ready for the mail.
 
The machine itself is about 30kgs in weight and consists of an electric motor, power supply, and takes the form of a metal chassis with several rollers to feed the paper and a heating element (which runs at about 130 degrees C).  I have attached a technical data sheet to you give further background.  
 
The expertise required by the  factory needs to include the cutting, drilling and machining of metal mechanical parts as well as experience working with power supplies, electrical motors and building the complete unit into a metal case. The machine itself is not complicated.

Outer dimensions should be noted as follows Height approx height of 33cm Depth (including the current interface to the printer) excluding the output paper collection tray = 66cm (machine is 46cm and the interface between the printer and the mailer is 20cm) Width = 37cm
