on contract basis for a period of 8-10 months and is subject to renewal.
Furthermore, we will like to take the liberty to introduce your company to the contract awarding committee as well as your product specification of which they will take keen interest on your product and would like to have the best CIF prices.
Please note that payment terms as indicated by the committee is by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Notwithstanding, you have to note that we are entitled to 1% commission of the total contract invoice value order after all payments have been made to you if you are awarded this contract based on our recommendation to the committee.
