It's possibly pre-paid 15% and 85% after receiving and checking quality of goods.

Delivery-terms: Best is DDU Krasnoyarsk city, Russia. Possibly FCA Krasnoyarsk city.
Purchasing quantity: min 3 MT per month. Better 10-15 MT per month first time (up to 6 month).
