1.Wuld you please send us 1)your esteemed company's business license issued by government,and 2)registered certificate issued by government about your company's details,and 3)identification card of your company's legal representative.
We show these information to steel factory,then we can get their approve,be their agent.

2.Then we will send you our BCL and agent certificate from the steel factory.We can send you LOI at any time.

3.We hope you can quote us all-in rate,including CIF,all duty tax incurred at POD,discharge fee,any other charge incurred at POD.Of course it's just our wish.If can do,please.

4.Quote CIF is also OK.CIF Qingdao,China,30000 ton/month X 12 month.Or spot 30000 tons.

5.Payment we prefer to BG + TT within 7 days from the date vessel arrival POD.You can arrange shipment after receive our BG.
