Please see attached photo included and zoom in to see it's construction. It is very basic in design. Briefly it's a base plate 2"x6"x1/4" of aluminum with a 5/16" channel milled through the center of it coming out at one end. It has a pole 0.400" in diameter with a 1/4 20 thread 1/2"long at one end where two 1/4 20 nuts are used to fasten a c clamp which goes around an od 1.25" eyepiece with a plastic knob to tighten it. There is also a 3 pronged know at the front right side that is used to hold the rod in place. Very simple in design but excellent in function. There would be a round 1" diameter by 7/8" post to hold the camera with a 0.065 rubber pad inset on the top of it to cushion the camera. There would be a knob below it with a 1/4 20 thread 1/4" long and a thread on its shaft to hold the post stationary on the base. The other end of the pin would be threaded 0.170 to screw into a knob.
