We are one partner of a group of Vietnamese and European companies and like to establish a long-lasting relationship with a shipping agent or vessel owner.
We require vessels to carry cement (packed in 50 kg bags optionally with slings of 1.5 MT) from Vietnam to the UAE (Sharjah) or Qatar(Doha) and Russia (St.Petersburg) and need 20-25.000 MT each for time charter of 1 year or more, vessels must be in good condit�on. First shipment preferred May/June 2008.
