Ref: Supp; Y Of Long Grain White Rice.

I am an Independent Trade Agent based at Mysore, India. I have received a request for the supply of white rice. The message says:

We are in very urgent need 100,000 MT of Long Grain White Rice (25% Broken) for Africa .If you are in a position to supply this rice then please send us your best offer with seaworthy pack the delivery time etc .immediately on CIF Conakry, Guinee, West Africa basis.

This is a genuine requirement by our own Distributor in that country. So please let us have your best rate, if you are in a position to supply.

Kindly send me a detailed offer with the procedure for the above. Please base your offer on standard international sea worthy packing of 50 kgs each. Please your offer on the basis of 8 shipments of 12,500 MT each. I am not sure whether Conakry Port has facilities for the berthing and unloading of vessels with 25,000 MT of rice in bags. You must be aware of the port conditions and you can quote accordingly.

I will add US$ 2 as commission to take care of the commission for m y contact and me.
