We are looking for the following:

| Wooden Beds |
| Minimum Requirements: |
| The wooden bed shall measure 120x200cm inside to accommodate a |
| mattress of that size. The Mattress platform shall be 30cm from floor up. |
| The Bed shall consist of following parts: 1bed-end foot, 1 bed-end head. |
| 2 side planks, 1 middle support and 2 sheets of hard board. |
| Bed end foot shall be made of minimum 20mm thick lumber and be a minimum |
| of 60cm high. The part above the bed platform can be slatted or solid |
| Bed end head shall be made of minimum 20mm thick lumber and be a minimum |
| of 100cm high. The part above the bed platform can be slatted or solid. |
| The side planks shall be a minimum 35mm thick and minimum 140mm high. |
| The top side of the plank shall have a slot along their whole length to |
| accommodate the platform hard-boards. The mounting with the bed-ends shall |
| be with sturdy metal bed rail hooks mounted at the end of the planks and in |
| the thick part of the ends. The bed rail hooks shall have a minimum of 3 prongs |
| The middle support shall be made of minimum 20mm thick lumber consist of |
| 2 pieces glued together like a "T". The top part shall be a minimum of 50mm wide |
| and the stem of the "T" shall be minimum of 80mm high. The middle support shall |
| be mounted to the bed-ends by sturdy metal fasteners. |
| The hard boards for the mattress platform shall be a minimum of 19mm thick, |
| 1 meter long and wide enough to fit squarely in the slot on the side planks. Each |
| board shall have wholes or sawed of edges to facilitate an easy assembly or |
| disassemble. |

| The wooden parts shall be made of mahogany or walnut stained pine-wood with a |
| protective layer of polyurethane based varnish. All metal parts shall be rust proof |
| either by the way of galvanizing or electroplating. |

| Minimum requirements: |
| Spring unit mattress of 120cmx200cmx20cm, at least 310 springs at 2,2mm and |
| minimum 14 working turns, bonnell innerspring design-coil spring, inner tufted with |
| high density urethane foam, upholster layer construction of durable flange that |
| secures the quilted panels, foam toppers and upholster layers to the spring unit |
| to prevent shifting of mattress surface replaceable outer cover with zip covering |
| fireproof jacquard fabric, composition 40% polyester, 60% cotton (+/-5%), |
| machine washable, solid color, the mattress needs to be manufactured in |
| accordance with international flammability standards, certified classed 1m. Mattress |
| needs also be label certifying that they are constructed of all new materials. |
