DESTINATION:- Port Muhammad Bin Qasim, Karachi, PAKISTAN. 8. Manufacturers / Producers/Sole Agents and / or the offered coke originating from Israel are not eligible for participation in the tender. 9. VALIDITY OF OFFEROffer of freight for the shipments should remain valid for 18 days and FOBT offer for 45 days from the date of tender opening (i.e. Technical Proposal).10. The information/data shall be used for assessing the suitability of Coke for use in Pakistan Steel Blast Furnaces per evaluation criteria mentioned in tender documents.11. The tender should be supported by the necessary Government approval, if required under the rgulation of the Government of the country from where Met Coke is proposed to be supplied.12. The terms and conditions for procurement are specified and given in the prescribed proforma, to assist the Manufacturers/Producers/Sole Agent in preparation of their tenders for supply of Met. Coke to Pakistan Steel and shall be bound for tender purposes.13. Terms and conditions of formal contract to be entered and shall be discussed / negotiated separately at the appropriate time with successful bidders (Producer / Manufacturers /Sole Agent).14.
