Buying terms are very specific.
Buyer will issue LOI with BCL to allow seller to conduct soft probe
Seller MUST show POP or official docs to prove they have Used rail such as past preformance especially with Chinese buyers
Seller will send draft contract to buyer.
Buyer travels to meet seller to show bank docs such as MT799.
Seller must show past performance docs including AQSIQ required by Chinese Government.
Payment Terms Non Transferrable, non-divisable, irrivocable documentary LOC.
If you can show past performance we are firm buyers.
Price must include commissions.
