Procedures for Jet Fuel (FOB) Secondary Contracts

1) SELLER SENDS FCO WITH SPA CONTRACT DRAFT

2) BOTH SELLER AND BUYER ACCEPT AND SIGN ELECTRONICALLY WITH HARD COPIES TO BE FOLLOWED BY COURIER.

3) SELLER ISSUES 2% NON OPERATIVE PERFORMANCE BOND AND SOME POP

4) BUYER ISSUE DLC TO ACTIVATE PERFORMANCE BOND

5) SELLER SENDS REMAINING POP

6) ALL OTHER TERMS/CONDITIONS AS PER CONTRACT.

Other Requirements

Quantity: 10-20mbbls x 12months with possible rolls and extensions

Price: Jet Fuel, Baltic Sea lifting FOB NWE or Black Sea lifting Med. Sea Platt

Discount: To be discussed

Payment Terms: 100% irrevocable, nontransferable, non-divisible, documentary L/C to be opened from a prime bank on a cargo-by cargo basis upon receipt of Terminal Confirmation.
