We are a Gourmet Mushroom cultivator. Our requirement for Autoclave Retort is as follows:
Double-doors i.e. doors at both ends
Redundant pressure / temperature gauges (at least two)
Pressure / Vacuum Gauge (+50psi to 50 psi)
Electrical safety interlocks with warning lights
Hand-operated vent valve on top of autoclave for venting cold air
25 psi and 50 psi excess-pressure relief, safety blowout valves
Hand-operated drain valve for drawing off condensate
Coating of heat-resistant, anti-corrosive paint
At least four 1-inch, and two 2inch ports for inputs, exhausts, and sensors
One-way gate valve in series with a vacuum gauge that allows the drawing in of clean-room air post autoclaving
Our output daily varies on the Mushroom under cultivation.
The Packaging is Autoclavable plastic bags with vary from 3-10 lbs in size.
We assume that the Retort would be constructed from steel pipe � to 3/8 in thickness.
Our operating temperature would be around 252 degrees f @ aprox 15 18 psi for a duration of 8 10 hours.
