Colour:

There should be no difference in shades between individual cushion covers in each batch and between individual batches. Quality

Control procedures must be in place at the factory to match with the previous production run.

Washing process:

1)    The product must withstand the riggers of standard commercial laundering. ( 60 degree wash )

2)    The supplier must identify any chemical cleansing solutions which may have an adverse effect on the product

3)    The supplier must provide details of products performance in terms of crease resistance and recovery from creasing.

4)    The product will have effective stain release properties and will not absorb stains which cannot be removed easily

Washing Instructions:

1) Supplier to confirm wash instructions as used during Laundry Trials

packing:

1.    The total packing weight must not exceed 18.14 kgs.

2.    Each case must be strong enough to withstand robust handling and multi-stacking on a pallet.

3.    Packing/Shipment, clearly mark all six sides of each case with the following seven items of information, in not less than

       15 mm high block capitals lettering:

       part number:    goods description:          order number: consignment date:

       supplier's name:               quantity in the carton:             gross weight of the carton.

pallets:

1.  Use 4-way accessible pallets only.

2.  Consignments must not be mixed together on individual pallets.

3.  The load must not overhang the pallet's edges and must be wrapped around.

4.  The overall height of the load, including the pallet, must not exceed 142 cm.
