Custom Wood Turning Needed For Rolling Pin

Dear Sirs, I live in the United States and have owned a successful small business that produces rolling pins for baking food in home kitchens for over 15 years.  I need to have 600 wood rolling pins produced annually and would like to receive a price quote from your company. The rolling pins are made from hardwood suitable for rolling dough.  The hardwood should be mostly uniform in color.  The barrel of the rolling pins should be waxed with a food grade wax.  The handles of the rolling pin are coated with a clear varnish. Following are the overall dimensions of the rolling pin.  If your price is good for us, and if we decide to ask your company to send us your samples prior to ordering, then we will send you the exact dimensions, drawings, and our actual rolling pins for use in making your samples:

Overall length of the rolling pin barrel: 15 and 1/8 Outer diameter of the rolling pin: 2Handle length: 3.625

Outer diameter of handle: 1.25

2 nylon bearings

1 steel rod: 18 and 1/4 long, 1/4 diameter 

We will also need to order 3,600 wood rings annually.  The wood rings need to be sanded smoothly and without cracks.  Please let me know what each size of wood ring will cost (per ring cost).  Following are the dimensions of the wood rings: (again. in inches)

Small wood ring:  O.D.: 2 1/4 (plus or minus tolerance of 1/32)                            

 I.D.: 1 35/64 (plus or minus tolerance of 1/64)
