Tracey Cartledge Limited is a new company in Manchester, United Kingdom, set up to produce mosaic kits for the arts and crafts sector.
Each kit requires 28 individual glass mosaic tiles. There are initially 8 designs and each design has its own selection of colours. We would like to find a suitable glass mosaic supplier now ready to begin production of these craft kits, commencing July 2008. We are preparing to produce 500 kits per week so we will require approximately 25 square metres of glass mosaic tiles per month.
The exact tiles needed are 20mm x 20mm x 4mm glass mosaics, supplied in sheets of 225/sheet. 10 of these sheets of glass mosaic is equal to one square metre. We have selected 21 colours and we need to receive sample cards from suppliers in order to match up our exact requirement and indicate the quantities needed of each separate colour.
