All goods sold by the seller should be totally free from all & any types of Radiation, Bombs, Arms and Ammunition, Mines, Shell, Cartridges, sealed containers, gas cylinders, explosive shells or explosive materials in any form either used or otherwise.
Material to be free of oil, mud. Zn / Sn plating, galvanizing, paint coating, excessive rust & corrosion, metallic & non metallic dust in excess of 0.5% including free of dirt.
We shall inspect the cargo to our satisfaction after signing the agreement but before opening the L/ C and shall remain present at the time of the loading of the cargo at our expenses. Possibility of Third party Inspection of the Cagro at the loading port & discharge port. Expense for the same as mutually agreed upon.
Terms of Payment can be: Confirmed, Irrevocable, Transferable and Non-Transferable, Divisible, Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (DL / C) payable 100% at sight issued or confirmed by world prime bank. Any changes required by either side to be decided mutually. Any other terms and conditions can be negotiated to the satisfaction of both the parties.
