Bamboo Fly Rod Blanks

I own SugarKane Rods Ltd. We restore bamboo rods for customers here in the US.  I am interested in finding a bamboo manufacturer where I can purchase new bamboo rod blanks so we can also offer new rods to our customers. My question to you is.....do you offer bamboo rod blanks with two tips and if so could you send me a price sheet which would also show shipping cost.  I am located in Dinuba California 93618 zip code.
